OUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Due to an ongoing high demand for our 3 Premier Guest Suites, a 50% Deposit is required in order to secure your Reservation. We accept DEBIT, all major Credit Cards or Interac e-Transfers. (Cash & Apple/Google Pay on arrival only). For your protection, Deposits are processed via a secure online link via Stripe POS.
We have a very fair and liberal cancellation policy (written notice two weeks prior to arrival for a full refund). A 5% Card processing fee is applied to all Credit Card Refunds (no charge if paid by Cash, eTransfer or Debit). We will consider a Cash Value Voucher, at full value, towards a future stay for Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
